Cancellations and Returns

Order Cancellation / Modifications

We do understand that circumstances might arise that an order needs to be cancelled or modified (size, information) and we can do this at most within 24 hours of placing the same.

We regret we will not be able to cancel or modify an order if:

  • The order is already shipped, as we try to process every order as soon as possible to expedite delivery time (which may be less than 24 hours in many cases).
  • Your order is for a custom-made product, and the manufacturer has already initiated production of the same.

If the cancellation is possible, refund of your money shall be governed by our Refund Policy.


Return Policy

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive any damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify our Customer Support immediately or within 3 days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return the product(s) that are not defective. In such cases also, we will accept return and provide refunds as per our Refund Policy.

Exceptions:

  • Products customized as per your specific requirements are not returnable/replaceable unless found defective or not made as per order.
  • Products subject to personal hygiene/intimate use are not returnable or exchangeable for size (except if not delivered as per order/size/description or have been identified with a manufacturing defect)
